• 65-Day Refund Guarantee: If you do not receive your jewelry within 65 days after payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• 30-Day Return Policy: You may return your jewelry within 30 days of delivery, following our confirmation. No questions asked.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@moisza.com with proof of purchase, and ensure the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund through your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

Please note: We will not process any returns without a prior return request.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like rings with engraving) can only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, or has other issues.
