What Is Covered

The Lifetime Brilliance Warranty covers your Moisza Moissanite stone against any natural deterioration under normal wearing conditions, including:

  • Loss of brilliance or sparkle
  • Natural cracking or fracturing
  • Breaking under normal wear
  • Any change in the stone's natural form or appearance

If your Moisza Moissanite stone has the above defects, we will replace it with a brand new stone of identical carat and cut — at no cost to you.

The warranty covers the Moissanite stone only. Metal components, settings, plating and chains are excluded.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty applies under normal wearing conditions only. It does not cover damage resulting from abnormal force or extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental damage from dropping, knocking or impact
  • Exposure to abnormal heat such as fire or prolonged extreme temperatures
  • Exposure to abnormal pressure such as crushing or industrial force
  • Natural disasters, accidents or any other unpredictable external event
  • Intentional damage of any kind
  • Loss or theft of the stone or piece
  • Damage to metal components, settings, plating or chain

The Warranty Follows the Stone — Not the Owner

The Moisza Lifetime Brilliance Warranty is permanently attached to the stone itself. The warranty is validated from the moment recipients receive the piece with no action needed. Recipients can verify their jewelry anytime on moisza.com/id for the unique Moisza ID, GRA certificate number (laser inscription) and other gemstone details.


Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Verify your stone at moisza.com/id using your Moisza ID
  2. Email sales@moisza.com with your Moisza ID, GRA certificate number and a description of the issue with a photo showing it
  3. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days
  4. If your claim is approved, we will personally guide you through the simple and stress-free steps

Generally, warranty claims are exceptionally rare as Moisza Moissanite is one of the most durable gemstones on earth. The Lifetime Brilliance Warranty does not exist out of necessity — but as our worry-free shopping guarantee.


One Chance Policy

All services under the Lifetime Brilliance Warranty follow a One Chance Policy — meaning each service is available once only per Moisza ID. This includes Digital Warranty issuance, Report Missing registration and reinstatement.


Physical Lifetime Brilliance Warranty Card

Your unique Moisza PVC Warranty Card is issued once only — at the birth of the jewelry as your permanent physical warranty record — and will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please keep it safely and privately and avoid sharing your Moisza ID with others.


Digital Lifetime Brilliance Warranty

Lost Your Warranty Card & Forgot Your Moisza ID? Don't Panic.

If you have lost your warranty card and forgotten your Moisza ID, you may apply for a Digital Warranty at a fee of USD $20. Contact us at sales@moisza.com with ALL of the following:

  • GRA inscription number — laser-engraved on the stone itself
  • Purchase information — date of purchase and buyer's name, found in your order confirmation email
  • Access to the email in Moisza's order record — Moisza will only send the Digital Lifetime Brilliance Warranty exclusively to the email in our order record for security reasons

Moisza reserves the right to approve or decline any reissue request at its sole discretion.

Your Lifetime Brilliance Warranty remains fully active in the Moisza Registry regardless of whether you hold a physical or digital certificate. Your protection lives in the stone — not in any document.


Report Missing — Lost or Stolen

If your Moisza piece has been lost or stolen, contact us immediately at sales@moisza.com with your Moisza ID. We will update your stone's Registry Status to Report Missing in the Official Moisza Registry — flagging it permanently in our database.

Anyone who subsequently verifies the stone at moisza.com/id will see its reported status immediately — providing a visible deterrent against resale and giving you an additional layer of protection and peace of mind.

Important: Report Missing status may be reinstated to Active once only upon verified request. Please ensure your report is accurate before submission as amendments cannot be made after registration.


Ownership Transfer & Resale Security

A Moisza gemstone is an enduring asset. To support the lifelong value of your piece, our verification system allows for the secure transfer of ownership. This ensures that the Lifetime Brilliance Warranty remains valid and associated with the current owner in our records.

How It Works

The jewelry is uniquely identified via its digital Moisza ID and the laser-inscribed GRA Certificate Number on the stone's girdle. To complete a formal transfer of ownership, the current registered owner must submit a request to update the internal (unshown) ownership data.

Transfer Process

  1. Request: The current owner contacts sales@moisza.com to initiate the transfer.
  2. Verification: Our team verifies the request against the original purchase records.
  3. Service Fee: A processing fee of USD $20 applies to update the registry.
  4. Completion: Once updated, the new owner will receive a confirmation of the ownership transfer and continue protection under the Lifetime Brilliance Warranty.

To maintain the integrity of our system and protect our owners, certain details of a Moisza ID are made available for public verification, while sensitive ownership data remains strictly confidential.

The Lifetime Brilliance Warranty applies to all Moisza Moissanite gemstones carrying a valid GRA laser inscription and Moisza ID registry entry. Moisza reserves the right to assess each claim individually to determine whether damage falls within normal wearing conditions. All warranty services are subject to Moisza's sole discretion and the terms outlined on this page.
