Gift Card Policy
These terms apply to the Moisza Forever Gift digital gift card.
- No expiry date.
- No extra fees are charged on the gift card.
- Digital only: delivered by email. No physical card is available.
- Import duties or taxes on the jewelry, where the destination country charges them, may be payable on delivery and are not covered by the gift card.
- Partial use: any unused balance stays on the card for future orders.
- Combined use: several gift cards can be used in the same order.
- Currency: the card value is in US dollars. Prices in other currencies vary with the exchange rate.
- Not exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- For Moisza jewelry only, on moisza.com: gift cards can't be used for services or to buy other gift cards, or anywhere else such as Amazon.
- The gift season offer (6 Nov – 24 Dec 2026) can’t be combined with other discount codes.
- Lost gift card email: contact sales@moisza.com with proof of purchase, and we'll resend it.
- Theft: a gift card works like cash, so please keep its code safe. If it's stolen, contact us straight away; if the balance is unused, we may be able to cancel the card and reissue it. Moisza isn't responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, except where required by law.
- Refunds and returns: all Moisza refund and return policies apply to purchases made with a gift card. Refunds go back onto the card.
- Gift notes and secret messages: Moisza may decline any gift note or secret message it considers inappropriate.
- One card, several pieces: if a card is used for several pieces, in one order or more, the secret message appears only on the first piece ordered.
- The secret message is kept forever on My Moisza ID, with no expiry date.
- Changes to the message or the owner are free within 90 days of the piece being registered, then US$5 per change, requested by the current owner with proof of identity.
- Ownership: the person who orders the piece becomes its registered owner automatically, unless another owner is registered.
