Money-Back Guarantee

  • 65-DAY REFUND: If your order does not arrive within 65 days of payment, you're eligible for a full refund.
  • 30-DAY RETURN: You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Email us at sales@moisza.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once approved, please return the item to us at your own expense.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-made jewelry, including engraved or personalized pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear or accidental damage

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before production or processing begins.
  • Custom-made items may incur a 5–10% processing fee, depending on the stage of production.

Custom-Made & Engraved Items

Custom-made items (including engraved rings) are created especially for you. To avoid waste and ensure craftsmanship quality:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase with no fee.
  • After production or engraving begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Refund Process

  • We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
