- Free Worldwide Shipping on ALL products.
- Contact us if your country isn't listed during check out. We can arrange free shipping for you.
- Orders are shipped within 72 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Custom products (including ring engraving) require 5–10 days for handcrafting.
- Shipping to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States generally takes 5–10 business days from our warehouse. (There may be delays due to peak periods.)
- A full refund is guaranteed if the item is not received within 65 days after payment.
Express Shipping:
For Express Shipping, there will be an additional charge between US$20 and $40. Contact us for the exact amount.
