Moisza is an Australian-owned brand. Each piece is expertly handcrafted by our partner workshop in China and shipped directly to you for quality, efficiency, and fair pricing.
Standard Shipping
- Free worldwide shipping on all products, mainly via YunExpress and local postal partners.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Custom products (including ring engraving) require 5–10 days of handcrafting before shipment.
- Delivery to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States generally takes 5–10 business days from our warehouse.
- Shipping times to other countries may vary; delays can occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange free shipping for you.
We guarantee a full refund if your item is not received within 65 days after payment.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is available to selected countries.
- An additional fee of US$20–40 applies, depending on destination and weight.
- Please contact us for the exact express shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
