Our 65-DAY REFUND policy covers all products. There is a money-back guarantee if you do not receive your order 65 days after payment.
Our 30-DAY RETURN policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After our confirmation, you can send back your package at your own expense. We will refund you through your original payment method once we receive your package. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
We will not process products sent to us without requesting a return beforehand.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (special orders or personalized items such as rings with engraving) can only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, or has other issues. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the non-returnable items.
We offer a full refund before the item is handcrafted (custom products), processed, or shipped. (5-10 % of the processing fee may apply for the refund)
Damages, Issues, and Disputes
Please contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or has any other issues so that we can evaluate the case and make it right.
If your refund is approved, we will notify you. After receiving the returned item, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
