Steps to Happiness
STEP 1：DETAILS & PRICING（Within 1 day）
Customers indicate design details, stone size, and metal. We quote a range with a maximum price. Deposit 70% of the cost, and jewelry modeling will start.
STEP 2: THE 3D MODELING （Within three days）
3D CAD drawings, accurate 3D images of the actual products, are available in 3 days. Customers can make adjustments to the pictures.
STEP 3: MANUFACTURING （Takes ten days）
The customization generally takes ten working days, depending on the designs. We respect individual privacy and do not disclose or share unique designs on social media without customers' consent.
STEP 4: DELIVERY (Takes 3-10 business days)
Pay the balance of 30% before dispatch.
The delivery takes 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
