Our design team will confirm your vision, stone specifications, and materials via video call, email, WhatsApp, or Messenger. A price range with a maximum cap will be provided within 3 days. Jewelry modeling commences upon receipt of a 70% deposit.

STEP 2: 3D MODELING & APPROVAL (3–5 Days)

We provide high-accuracy 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renderings for your review. Alterations are unlimited to ensure your design is perfect. Should you choose to cancel at this stage, your deposit will be refunded, minus a USD$100 design and modeling fee.

STEP 3: HANDCRAFTED MANUFACTURING (10–12 Business Days)

Your bespoke piece is handcrafted with meticulous care by our artisans. To respect your privacy, no custom designs are shared publicly without your explicit consent.

STEP 4: FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY (5–10 Business Days)

Upon completion and receipt of the remaining 30% balance, your jewelry will be securely dispatched. Insured delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
