What is Moisza ID?
Moisza ID is your piece's unique identity. Every Moisza piece comes with its own Moisza ID card. Scan the QR code or enter your ID at moisza.com/id to see your piece's record. Your Moisza ID is also your proof of purchase for our Lifetime Brilliance Warranty and 2-Year Setting Guarantee. Learn more about Moisza ID.
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made of silicon carbide. It is the second-hardest gemstone after diamond (9.25 on the Mohs scale) and shows more fire and sparkle than a diamond. It is conflict-free and costs a fraction of a diamond's price.
Will my moissanite get cloudy or lose its sparkle?
No. Moissanite's brilliance is permanent. Every Moisza moissanite is also covered by our Lifetime Brilliance Warranty through its Moisza ID.
What is a GRA certificate, and does my piece come with one?
GRA (Global Gemological Research Association) certifies moissanite. Every moissanite of 0.5ct and above comes with a GRA certificate, and its unique code is laser-inscribed on the stone so you can check it online. You can verify your GRA number here.
What is the jewellery made of?
All Moisza jewellery is S925 sterling silver, plated in gold or platinum. Gold rings are available as bespoke orders.
How do I find my ring size?
Tap or click the "?" icon next to the size options on any ring page, or see the Global Ring Size Table below the Add to cart button. We don't offer size exchanges, so please check your size before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders usually arrive within 7–16 days.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Please contact us to confirm your return before sending the item back. Return shipping is at your cost. Custom pieces, including engraved rings, can only be returned if faulty. Read the full Refund & Return Policy.
What comes with my order?
Every piece comes with a Moisza ID card with a unique QR code linking to your piece's own record page. Each piece arrives in our signature Moisza blue gift box. Rings and bands include free engraving. Moissanite of 0.5ct and above also comes with a GRA certificate.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or using cleaning products. Store each piece separately and wipe it with a soft cloth to keep it shining.
